OSPOTA 2018 Wrap Up

First, thanks to everyone who stopped out to OSPOTA at Harrison Lake yesterday.  We ran until about 3pm when the rain finally moved in.  We had been lucky most of the day with only overcast skies and a bit of a biting wind off of the lake. Not a banner year with the remnants of tropical storm Gordon dumping inches of rain on central Ohio.  A large number of planned park activations were scrubbed due to the weather.  We managed to pick up 16 parks across the state, all on 80m, and total of 30 QSOs. Special thanks to Jason for tending to the fire to keep us warm. and to Andy for his efforts on 40m.  September 7th, 2019 is the next event if you want to mark your calendars.
