2. Repair parts for the 60amp solid state power supply ($103.15). Motion to approve: W8TUX, Second by: KB8CBY
Repeater Report:
Building maintenance was performed two weeks ago to install the heat/air conditioning unit at the primary site.  We also made note that there are several exterior trim boards that are rotting and should be replaced.  Another maintenance day may occur this Saturday (weather permitting) to replace those boards and apply a fresh coat of paint.
The secondary site is also long overdue for maintenance. We need to check SWR on the 440 Fusion system, and replace K8LI's loaned power supply with the newly repaired 60amp.  A date has not be set as of yet.
New Business:
KB8ELG has requested a call to action for assistance in finishing the antenna and radio project at the Fulton County Health Center.  The director has offered the following dates to complete the project:
April 27
May 11
May 18

I am fairly certain the remaining tasks are to terminate the ends on the antenna feed, mount the VHF antenna, test the rig.  This should be easy to wrap up in one visit.  Please contact KB8ELG if you have any questions or are available to help the hospital wrap up this project.

Bills to Present: Nothing to present.
Membership Report: The current count stands at 33 paid and lifetime members.
Education Report:
- KD8KBU put on a digital mode workshop on March 2 at the Fulton Masonic Lodge in Delta.  Despite poor band conditions, they were able to make several QSOs on PSK31 and FT8.  There were 8 in attendance from around Northwest Ohio.  Interest by others who could not attend may prompt a repeat of the workshop later this summer.

On March 20, 2019 at 8:00 P.M. the Fulton County Amateur Radio Club and the Emergency Services Net will be conducting a deployment exercise, in which we will attempt to cover the entire county. We are asking all hams to assist in this event if possible.

The purpose of this net is to test our repeaters, along with our individual equipment to make sure we are ready for an emergency, along with making sure we can cover the entire county. We will be doing this with not only mobile radios in our vehicles but will be working with HT’s as well. There will also be some exercises conducted on Simplex to simulate the repeaters being down.

Here is an outline of how this will work:

Who: Fulton County Amateur Radio Club - Craig Szczublewski KD8KBU
Where: Fulton Lodge 248, 400 Main St, Delta, OH 43515
When: Saturday March 2, noon - 3pm
The goal of the workshop is to offer an introduction to HF Digital Mode operations using some of the popular modes like FT8, PSK, and RTTY.  The workshop will review home-brew and commercial rig interfacing options, popular general purpose and mode specific software, digital mode differences and QSO examples, and with enough time, some hands-on QSOs on live equipment.
I'll pre-print some of the reference material I'll be covering, but you might want to bring a pen and notebook in case there is anything of interest you want to reference later.
Last, I don't profess to be an expert on all things Amateur Radio, but I hope to relay some of the things I have learned from digital mode operations and contesting from the past 10 years.
