11/21/22 The meeting was called to order at 7:34 pm by Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG) with 22 members in attendance, introductions were made and the pledge of allegiance was given by all.

Treasurer's Report: unchanged; no fiscal activity this month. Motion: KC8HDG and KE8QJV
Bills to Present: Advertisement in Masonic Yearbook for K8BXQ totaling $25. Motion: KG8FM and KD8JBS
K8BXQ stickers. One was distributed to each member tonight in attendance; freewill donation for subsequent stickers. One will be given with each door prize and ticket at the Winter Hamfest 12/3/22. KE8ITJ purchased 200 stickers from 4Imprint.com for $125. As $120 had been agreed upon last meeting, KE8ITJ was agreeable to and reimbursed $120.
Hamfest Committee: FCARC Winter Hamfest will be Saturday December 3, 2022 at the City of Archbold Ruihley Park Pavilion. Merchants able to enter at 7:00 AM. Entry tickets: $5/$15 table cost. KE8SZL bringing PA system. Raffle: Xiegu G90 HF Radio. $535.18 new on Amazon. Sell raffle tickets for $5 each. Need not be in attendance to win. Motion: KE8BHW/KE8ITJ. Ideas for other door prizes were discussed. A motion was made the upper limit of door prizes to be $250: KG8FM/KD8JBS. Food trucks were discussed. Members are encouraged to reach out to their favorites and invite to participate. KE8ITJ is offering to shuttle attendees in his golf cart.
Secretary Communications: RSVP for Christmas Party 12/10/22
VE/Education Committee: John Myers KD8ZKE work schedule has changed making him unavailable for VE testing. Please reach out if you are interested in becoming the lead of the VE team.
Repeater Committee: The Repeater amplifier has been repaired by Henry Radio Inc. KB8ELG is planning to install it this weekend.
Emergency Services: The Emergency Services Net continues on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 8:00 PM. It is decided to alternate net control. KB8ELG, KE8ITJ and KE8OKA will present quarterly on a rotating basis. If anyone would like to be net control please reach out.
Power supply class: Will be presented by KB8ELG. Planning sometime in February? Will continue to discuss for more details.
Field Day: no discussion.
Summer Hamfest: will continue to discuss
2022 Christmas Party: FCARC 2022 Christmas Party will be held Saturday December 10 at the Blue Ribbon Diner in Wauseon. KE8QJV has confirmed this is OK with the owner and will provide them head count one week prior. Please RSVP to ke8oka@protonmail.com.
KE8QJV discussed the importance of interviewing experienced FCARC veterans so their stories will not be forgotten.

VE Testing: The club gives testing at 9 am the last Saturday of each month at the Fulton County Administration Building, contact John Myers (KD8ZKE) if interested, you can find his email address on the k8bxq.org website under the VE Testing section.
Saturday morning breakfast at the Delta 109 at 9:00 AM, in downtown Delta, OH.
The next regular club meeting will be 12/19/22 at Fulton County Administration Building in the Conference Room on the second floor.
