Field Day 2020 Is On for the FCARC
Field Day 2020 will be June 27-28. Our club traditionally sets up antennas on Friday evening and Saturday morning. All particpants should plan on being ready to run at 2:00pm Saturday.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG) with 21 members and guests in attendance on the 147.195 repeater.
Members in Distress: nothing to report.
Treasurers Report: no report given on air.
Hamfest Committee: The next FCARC sponsored Hamfest will be the summer trunk swap on June 6, 2020, followed by the Winter Hamfest on December 5, 2020.
Repeater Committee: We need to schedule a HVAC check in April.
Old Business:
Additional repeater shed maintenance needs to be performed after spring rain has subsided.

There was brief discussion that depending on opening phases for the state of Ohio due to the current pandemic, the summer Swap for June may need to be rescheduled or cancelled outright. We’ll keep the club members and guests informed.

Members in Distress: Keith Hosman (KC8TCQ) reported a silent key, Lowell Pfau (W8FGN) passed away, while not a club member, he resided just south of Fulton County in New Bavaria/Henry County.

Old Business:
Allen Nash, age 53, of Delta passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 16, 2020 in his home. Allen was born in Wauseon, Ohio on October 12, 1966 to the late Steven and Florence (Griesinger) Nash and was a 1985 graduate of Delta High School. Allen was a kind and gentle person and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed the Amateur Radio club, attending the Fulton County fair and cheering on the Cleveland Indians. He was a past member of the Civil Air Patrol. Allen was employed at Sauder Manufacturing for 24 years and was a member of the Swancreek Church of the Brethren. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, David (Ann) Nash of Delta; Daryl Nash of Kissimmee, FL; Roger (Peggy) Nash of Orlando, FL; Brenda (Joe) Stearns of Fostoria; Teresa ( Len) Williams of Wauseon and Laura (Ron Seedorf) Snow of Liberty Center along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul. Friends and family will be received on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 2 to 8 PM at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Rt. 109, Delta, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 10 AM with Rev. Don Krieger officiating.

Treasurers Report: The report was given and a motion was made by KD8WSL and seconded by KD8BHW. All present were in favor.
Bills to Present: Two bills were presented. The first by KD8KBU for $25 for reimbursement for renewing the Clubs non-profit status with the state of Ohio. A motion was made to reimburse KD8KBU by KC8UQU and seconded by KC8PCU, all were in favor. A second bill was presented for reimbursement of office supply expenses to KB8ELG. A motion to reimburse him was made by WB8ZOI and seconded by KD8WSL, all were in favor.
